DVP Systems Kft. is a software development company based in Budapest. We design, build and run custom web and mobile business systems. The same team builds and operates our own products, SimpliTime and SimpliFleet.
What we do
Custom development and our own products, one team
We build custom business software where a process is specific to the company: business web applications, iOS and Android apps, APIs and integrations, and we run them after handover as well.
We also develop and operate two SaaS products of our own for Hungarian businesses: SimpliTime for time and attendance and SimpliFleet for fleet administration. We own both, and they are built the same way we work on custom projects.
The same team writes the code, runs the servers and answers support requests, so customers talk directly to the developers. The company is based in Budapest; detailed public company information is on the Company details page.

DVP Systems Kft. was founded in 2025 by Andrea Bálint-Kurunczi. Dávid Bálint is the company's chief technology officer.

What we develop, we also run and support: maintenance, security updates and further development from the team that wrote the code.

Designed for Hungarian operations
Development targets the Hungarian legal and accounting environment: Hungarian work schedules and public holidays, a Hungarian interface and Hungarian-language support. The systems are available in Hungarian and English.

Clear boundaries
We state what a system is for and where it stops. SimpliTime records, approves and checks working-time data and prepares it for payroll; pay is calculated by the accountant or payroll provider. SimpliFleet handles the back-office administration around vehicles; live vehicle tracking needs a separate telematics service.

Infrastructure and support
We run the systems we build on EU cloud infrastructure, with daily backups and encrypted data transfer. Infrastructure and data-handling details are on the Security page.
Support is available in Hungarian, by e-mail and phone. For our own products, contractual availability and response-time commitments are set out in the Terms.
The systems support company administration and setting up processes in line with legal requirements, but using them does not replace legal, employment-law, tax, accounting or payroll advice.
