For existing customers
If you already use one of the systems, send support requests to the same email address. Response times for fault reports are set out in the Terms of Service: within 4 hours for critical faults, 24 working hours for medium severity and 5 working days for low priority.

60-day free trial
Both systems can be tried free of charge for 60 days, with no card details required. At the end of the trial we get in touch: you pick a plan or we close the account. We never bill automatically.
